DU RHIN company is located in the very heart of
the Alsatian cabbage and sauerkraut producing area.
Choucroute du Rhin is run by Yves and Christian
Karst, and has evolved greatly since its inception
in 1970.
Today the Choucroute du Rhin
company carries out its activity from its
6300 m² premises located in Obenheim. The
company combines both "Tradition and Innovation",
and as a result has now decided to make use its craft
experience on a wider scale. |
